Wellbeing


           

       Social Well being : Taking care of your Family& Friends 
           Spiritual Well Being : Respecting Others beliefs or culture and also their language.
           Physical Well being : Looking after yourself, for example taking a shower everyday or                         spraying deodorant on your underarms everyday.
           Emotional Well being : Learning how to control your emotions, for example if your angry or               mad, you should just calm down and breath in and out.
