Graduate profile self-assessment

At the start of the year 7/8 Tz did a graduate profile self-assessment.  There were 25 boxes with sentences written in it and we had to read  the sentences and if you think that you achieved what the sentence  says then you would put an A for achieved, but if you think no you would need  more time achieving this sentence or you have not achieved this sentence yet the  you would put an N for not yet achieved. Then after that you have to select 3 boxes  with an N in it and in the next box to the N you had to write a short sentence  about how your gonna achieve this if you haven't yet achieved it.
